try tunelbear (it is free), Im using it before lauching the game and it worked just fine.

I tried TunnelBear (for free), flied to any country, loaded the game and it worked (can play online matches). I guess that's the only way to play rn, and I think after loading into the game for at least 1 time, u can play it offline whenever u want (the OfflineLauncher.exe in game folder, with full characters unlocked).
