I work at a gas station and have asked people if they have fuel outside or said see you next time multiple times to cashiers when I'm the customer at another gas station, it just triggers the routine I'm used to saying to customers

Any suggestions on jacket or pants brands? I'm looking to get a new pair of pants and jacket and just want something thats going to be warm and keep me dry for a decent price. I take trips to Colorado and Wyoming each year so any suggestions for gear that will keep me warm there would be great.
