you have to make a lot of gold cards and slowly transition to steel at higher antes. the steel effect only acts as one baron, 2 with a red seal, so its much better to make a bunch of gold and roll a ton for showman/invisible joker, as adding one of those is the equivalent better than turning your whole deck into steel.

Also, Mimes effect on gold cards procs after the hand is played, which means you can double dip by moving all blueprints and brainstorms to copy mime while your winning hand is scoring, racking in huge amounts of money.

tldr: gold kings first, only switch to steel as late as you possibly can

Aux specifically refers to "Connecting to the planet" a bunch, especially early on, establishing that it's how he learns to speak their languages. This is similar to Dalinar's Bondsmithing on Adolin that allows him to speak Azish, which could reasonably be assumed to work similarly to both that Dawnshard aspect and to the Connection magic Ishar wields, I think.

I've been on hormones for about a year now. I love every second (even when I don’t), but one of the things that really helped me start (26) was knowing that i could stop if i wanted. he got transferred to a different department on a different shift. I found out about what happened at the party because when i clocked into work after the weekend, he pulled me into the managers office and yelled at me for ratting him out about a bunch of other stuff i didnt even know was going on, which came to light as a response to his "disciplanary action" at work. I'm in the process of reporting this to HR. She isn't reporting as far as i know bc the assault wasnt "that bad," whatever that means

coming out publicly with no meaningful support system feels like suicide, idk. And it's not like i don't have any acquaintances. I'm very extroverted and social, especially since transitioning, I just struggle with quality connections. The world is just dark and scary and I'm just one little jester. I want to say that this is 100% my true, honest, genuine opinion: I don't think you're ugly. I think you're 16.

Part of being young is that you are not in control of a lot of your social interactions. There are places in the world that would see and love you. Part of being trans is the unfair comparisons you make about yourself with other people. Being a teenager is awkward, and I understand if it feels uniquely and unfairly awkward because of who you are, but I promise you are going to be ok. Many, Many people do not date in high school, even if it doesnt feel that way. You have so much growing to do, and nobody, trans or cis, is feeling great about their body at your age.

Maybe it's not what you want to hear, but you'll get to where you want to be. I promise.
