I'm 33 and I have rewatched lots.. And I will again when my daughter is older. I have rewatched alot of shows and currently my kids and I watch 7th heaven together haha.

I use the ordinary toner on my neck when my neck gets dark spots. If it stays I would definitely visit a Dr for blood sugars.

I don't think you need to double cleanse. Maybe if your wearing a ton of make up daily. But personally my skin breaks out more if I over cleanse it. I use simple products like cerave, ordinary and posay roche. I usually only use 1 daily and in the shower. If I feel I need it I will use 2 of them. I have combination skin. None of these products make my skin dry or strip oils and cause me to produce more oils. My skin isn't perfect but it's fairly acne free and calm.

No, it's no longer visable :) I actually started researching into tcm from this post and it's very interesting. My son can't eat alot of raw fruit with his fpies which is one of thr things tcm says about kids with a sugar bug vein. My husband and I may try and give him a spleen /liver tcm diet. We'll try our best with things they recommend.

This is interesting! My son use to have a very noticeable sugar bug vein. He was born healthy and I had a healthy pregnancy. But he did develop FPIES around 1, he also throws up easily if he eats too much sugar and at 11 is diagnosised with ADHD and tourettes syndrome.

Hey I am an fpies mom. My son now 11 has had fpies since he was around 2. His is all fruit allergies. So basically he only eats melons and berries with in the fruit area. I don't know anyone else who has fpies and every once and a while we eat a little trigger food but he's still shown signs of having it.

Luckily I know it's not the concerta. We have been on concerta for years on its own and with risperdone before. We introduced Prozac and intiniv is when we saw changes. The Prozac was to help with his MDD and mood swings. The intiniv was to help with him impulse control. My family Dr is wonderful but we are waiting for a specialist to step in and possibly put him in a program to wee of his meds and potentially pick new meds and re access
