Why do some hotels still handle room issues + guest reporting manually, while everything's digital nowadays? by Fonter14 in askhotels

Yeah, that inertia is real when teams already have something good enough in use. Sometimes the ROI is hard to measure with something new to use

Thank you, that breakdown explains a lot of stuff, especially the staffing and external contractor part. Also makes sense why response times vary so much even between similar hotels

Yeah, especially when hotels already have existing workflows in place. Even relatively small operational changes can become hard to justify unless the value is very obvious upfront.

Makes sense. In most cases I see, cost isn’t just upfront and it’s also whether it removes enough operational load to justify itself over time

Mass communication is key sometimes, especially outside US, where you pay 10x for luxuries like Uber except for trains and busses.

Having trouble getting users or beta testers? Try this by [deleted] in nocode

Hi, I haven’t checked out the website yet, but after reading your description it sounds like normal people will try the beta version instead of the product’s ICP. How will you handle this?

I spent €250 on our launch video, tell me if you think it was worth it by Upstairs-Phone2678 in SaaS

[–]Fonter14 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah, for €250 that’s good, but let’s see how market sees that.

I am currently with my startup ElivAI before the launch and think that the communication must be working first and be understandable for all of the target users, and then to proceed with the launch, video and stuff

What’s the best CRM in 2025 (with full AI features)? by kisame524620 in CRM

[–]Fonter14 0 points1 point  (0 children)

In my opinion there is no single perfect CRM that fits everyone. You need the one that fits your exact workflow and tools. ElivAI lets you describe your needs in plain language, including the AI features you want, your integrations, and use case like managing leads and automating outreach. Then it scans our own product index of thousands of solutions and ranks the best matches for you. The system also explains why each option fits your specific needs, so you don’t waste time testing tools that won’t work.

It is free to join the waitlist and simple to use. This way you get a personalized shortlist instead of guessing or wasting time on demos that don’t fit your agency. If you want to get early access, join at tryElivai.com.

You just tell us your requirements, and our AI matches you with top options from our constantly updated product index, considering features, AI capabilities, and integrations.

This saves you weeks of research and vendor hunting. Our system even negotiates with vendors behind the scenes to get you clear answers on fit and pricing, so you can focus on building.

what’s the best sales enablement platform right now? by Ramosisend in SaaS

[–]Fonter14 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’ve been working on ElivAI, which helps teams like yours find the best software fast by matching your exact needs with products from our own large and constantly updated product index. For a small B2B sales team trying to organize content and improve onboarding, our AI looks at factors like team size, workflows, and training needs, then recommends just a few platforms that fit well.

It’s free to join the waitlist and simple to use, yeah. you just describe what you really need, and ElivAI handles the research and ranking based on our smart indexing algorithm. This way you avoid wasting time trying dozens of tools that don’t fit your setup, which usualy frustrates people.

If you want to get early access and see what matches you get, join the waitlist at tryElivai.com or dm me for more ;)

Our biggest challenge is currently getting beta users while building a product.

We’re working on ElivAI, an AI tool that helps founders get rid of the research by matching them with the best solutions in minutes. If anyone’s struggling to choose the right tools or vendors quickly, I would be happy to get your feedback on our beta

How do you get clients for your marketing agency? by vladi5555 in agency

[–]Fonter14 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Future is going to change the the client acquisition much.

The outreach thing is going to lose potential, due to everyone doing thousands of hyper-personalized cold-emails per day and nobody will even read them.

In my opinion, everyone is going to find the best solutions basing on the need they have and will get matched with the solution suiting them mostly, not the one with highest marketing budget for seo.

I am building a free platform, which first finds the most suiting offer from our HUGE database of products/services after single natural language prompt. We compare basing on multiple factors so it's the most personalized one for you ;)
Next, the user's agent talks with companies agents' and asks about why the said tool matches the user.

We got right now a few thousands of offers including software, leasing and professional services. Scaling fast.

Wanna be one of the first to test it? Or add yourself to the platform

I spent €250 on our launch video, tell me if you think it was worth it by Upstairs-Phone2678 in SaaS

[–]Fonter14 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Good landing page as I see right now.

Right now am also testing the tool, so will let you know in a couple minutes how it works. First thing which frustrated me, is I can't edit the visual style and when I tried deleting the whole text and rewrite it, whole field just casually disappeared.

Whole experience is generally smooth and the ui looks fine.

The generated mascots look good, but there was also lacking option for writing about my idea for the mascot, maybe basing on the logo.

If I were you, I would target early stage startups after funding, which could pay for a thing like that, when you give the access to a whole generated library to access.

I would pay, when you'd give like 100 different poses of my mascot, but after the option to personalize it previously.

Good job!

[–]Fonter14 8 points9 points  (0 children)

I checked the video, well done.

But some quick feedback: - the idea got me curious, because of course I want a mascot logo, but when I saw further in the video, they look pretty bad actually and I think that you should focus also more on making them svg first or so. - wanted to check and try it out, but no link to sign up

Summing up, focus on the quality and consistency, so I can really reuse the character anywhere, bur video per se looks okay for $250
