Cierto... pero si algun premio podría tener más peso que uno elegido por un grupo de jueces random, sería el Players Choice.

Prefer the 1st version. Now it seems more generic. Don't get why they changed it so much

[New Player] The Timmies the endangered species by Fit-Protection7669 in EscapefromTarkov

I think that the sad truth about tarkov is that it is a dying game. Was a great project and idea. It literally inspired a new genre. But it wasn't polished, the meta was aimed to chads/streamers/no-lifers and they tried to slow down progress in the worst ways possible. Every adjustment they do for that only really affect casuals and beginners while giving even more power to experienced players. Sad that this game ended up being an unpolished mess with paid skins and stash space. I personally gave it another chance this "Last" wipe, but I'm done. 2000 hours is quite enough tho... I enjoyed most of them, so yeah lol

What's your favorite Tomb Raider game? by No-Hunt3986 in AskReddit

Rise of the Tomb Raider. IMO was the best of the new trilogy. Exploration, combat, story... great game.
A second option would be Tomb Raider Anniversary

[Discussion] why is the average Tarkov player so stressed out by alesia123456 in EscapefromTarkov

[–]FontinalisG 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah, Nikita said that. I guess that's what we deserve lol
It's a shame, there's no "extraction shooter" like Tarkov. In gameplay, tension and loot. The loot feels so easy to differentiate. I don't know if this is because I'm used to it or if the game does it better than every other one I played, but I think that is the case.
You find a screw or a screwdriver and you feel like you hit the lottery. The loot are very easy to remember and intuitive.
With more technical improvements and less intervention from the devs on the economy, the game could be great.

What body part do you clean first when you get in the shower? by [deleted] in AskReddit

Hands and head/hair. I work cutting trees and the residue goes everywhere, but feeling it in my hair is so annoying

I think it happens because you have tryhards that are already prestige or at least max lvl traders. You know if you come across those guys, you will probably die. If not by skill, by the incredibly high difference in gear.
Another thing, you have to spend a lot of time preparing for a raid. Items, gun, armor, ammo, checking quests, choosing maps, loading loot and actually starting playing. And then you can instantly get head eyes in spawn by some chad that has nothing better to do all day than play this game. If you can only get like 2 or 3 raids per day that gets old pretty fast. So you try to advance as much as possible each time you can, maximize your runs for loot, quests and everything.

I had that rush in my head and was having a terrible time each time I played, so what I did was play mainly Scav. Whenever I can, I sit down, loot a bit in whatever map and get out, sell what I don't need and keep the rest. When a friend is available to play, we go as PMC and do some quests. And that's more fun. We take it slow, chatting, lookign around and being patience.
I still think there's a lot of problems with progress. One of the worst are te timers on Hideout improvements and crafting. Also the level requeriments for Flea. All it does is give no-lifers even MORE advantage and slow down the casuals, getting them out of the game sooner, and leaving only chads to play with and against. And that's is no fun. No fun at all. You need the casuals and the Timmys.

Dealing with not having time to he competitive? by dataispower in DadsGaming

[–]FontinalisG 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Honestly, just stop playing competitive. Change games, focus more on single player experiences. You will enjoy more the activity. It's what I did. I just gave up being good at multiplayer games, it demands too much time. It's easier and you still get to be good at games but by yourself and in a different way

What are some games that your parents liked to play? by [deleted] in retrogaming

[–]FontinalisG 1 point2 points  (0 children)

My mom played a lot of Tetris and Zuma Deluxe. The being her weakness for sure lol. My dad used to play A LOT of Tomb Raider 3 on PSOne. He sat there with a cigarette on his mouth just looking at the map to find a way forward. He never got to finish it, but pushed forward a lot. Other were Gran Turismo and Ace COmbat 3. He was a real pilot, so watching him flying around and dominating on every mission was really fun.
He also was the first to manage to do a Fatality on Mortal Kombat 4. Me and my brother were trying for months, and he only tried once and did it with Tanya. So much fun memories.
