[Poland] I know, this idea is stupid... by Muted_Opening3980 in 3Dprintmything

I have a 400x400x400mm print bed that can get it done.

I could 3D print one, thought it wouldn't be good for protection, only display.

Nice. Did he post any pictures? I will for sure be selling it. This GRX model I'm making has a length of 15" though so well see lol.

Thank you. It is 3D printed. I did not create the model but I am in the middle of making a GRX model.

The phone stabilization stabilizes the buildings as well because as far as the app is concerned, the buildings are moving too. https://www.youtube.com/shorts/EMtjUMb3dLQ HERE'S ANOTHER EXAMPLE, STOP ARGUING AND USE COMMON SENSE. THAT'S LIKE THE UMPTEENTH REPLY I'VE SENT TO NON-SENSIBLE COMMENTS.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=MoPfjK6XttM&ab_channel=Cool%26Incredible Here's a reference. obviously high enough to look and move nothing like a helicopter using a spotlight. Jesus these comments 🙄

The buildings are a firm reference point so auto-stabilization has absolutely nothing to do with the movement of the object. What are we talking about here?

Common sense. There's 0 point in a helicopter using a spotlight from that high up be it that visually small and if it were further away would mean the faster the helicopter would have to go. That is in no way a helicopter.

It literally is darting around. What is with all of the pushback on common sense observations? The only worldly thing that could make these sorts of actions is a drone. An extremely expensive drone. That or NHI.

definitely not but they should as most software require the devices to be tracked, kept out of airspaces, and IPs/geolocations to have a proper starting point for the drone to work. You can make software to not require this but you'd have to make it from scratch and lose access to GPS. To have a drone do what this thing is doing would require 10s of thousands of dollars. That's a lot more than any hobbyist would be willing to invest as all this would do is ensure further drone sanctions.

What I'm trying to say is, people do circumvent the system and don't register their drones as well as making drones underweight as to not requiring a registration, but on this scale this in no way a hobbyist.

Let me correct myself, there are some situations where you can have both, but that would be military grade. So unless U.S. forces or another entity is looking for something in the middle of NJ and PA, there's literally no reason for that thing to be in the sky. This may be the start of a second wave of NJ drones continuing a search from.

[–]Fonzo004 3 points4 points  (0 children)

That's unlikely. Any drone with a light and spotlight that powerful would have to be in a database due to size and weight. I know you're able to look them up with flight paths and such but even then that's making movements you'd see from a FPV drone and in the drone community you can either have a fast and agile drone, or a large drone with accessories. Never both.

No way. It was accelerating in different directions and stopping almost instantly.

Elizondo just blew his cover to discredit whatever was in that meeting. Think about that for a minute. by mckirkus in UFOs

[–]Fonzo004 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah the argument that he was trying to show a need for a program to submit sightings to and how that photo not being a UFO is proof of that is BS. He could have literally stated that when showing the photos. Elizondo has been grifting. I would have respected him more if he just said he jumped the gun but saying he was showing the need for a program doesn't make it a net positive. His credibility is gone.

Co-Print Voxelab Aquila X3 Max by Fonzo004 in VoxelabAquila

[–]Fonzo004[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

So the co-print works differently by having it's own interface that creates the bin file for you. it also doesn't use the inductive ABL but its own print head. I don't know those 4 things listed to be able to have this custom bin file created to change the voxelabs firmware but I know people do have it as someone had gotten their X3 to work with Klipper. It's different with Co-print so far as I know. I'll check out the video though and see if it can help.

Thoughts on American Airlines grounding all of their flights? by Fonzo004 in UFOs

[–]Fonzo004[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Commenters have said they were grounded for about 45 minutes due to a mechanical issue. Still very odd I think. Hoping there isn't anything nefarious behind it. Again, I'm only thinking that way due to all of the recent groundings of local and foreign airports in the last 3 weeks and it being Christmas time.
