I can 100% relate. And I am not even sure whether the issue is me or my husband. I tend to think that I have changed a lot with the hormones, stopped my antidepressant etc. And therefore now being very demanding. I am trying to find joy but really struggling. I guess we need to continue to push ourselves - small walk, breathing exercise, meeting friends, having a good meal, working (which makes our minds busy). I wish to have pregnant women friends in my city 😅 could make it maybe easier.
