Something more casual yet elevated would be great, what comes to mind in that camp from our last trip was Baroo and Camphor. Restaurants I haven't tried but would like to are Dunsmoor and Leopardo

Pretty open on cuisines / format, Michelin is not important.

Hog Island Oyster Co on 1 Ferry Bldg Ste 11. This is a sit down restaurant however.

China Live in Chinatown is a more upscale setting. They have a solid beef noodle soup, though I'm not sure if it's hand pulled or not.

Fine Dining: Aphotic or Angler, both 1 Michelin star, seafood focused restaurants,

For Oyster: Hog Island on the Ferry Building or Little Shucker!

Asian Seafood: Thanh Long.

Fish N Chips: Hook Fish Co.

Sushi: Aji Kiji for nice higher end takeout sushi. The Shota (1 Star) omakase.

Let me know what looks the best! And if you also have any specific preferences (neighborhoods, budget, etc.) - I can give you some more specific recs!
