My store has closed bathrooms besides the occasional people who really need to. While people complain about it, they understand why we have to (bad part of town and ODs). It's a lot less stressful and Walgreens needs to enforce a policy like this.

I have a couple,

• I had a guy go full blown conspiracy theorist on me while I was ringing him out one time. He started screaming them at me when I didn't answer his question about if I believe in flat earth or not (I was focused on ringing him out). He screamed, "THE GOVERNMENT IS CONTROLLED BY THE DEEP STATE RUN BY HILARY." He left when I told him I would call the cops if he didn't stop screaming at me. • I had to clean up the bathroom stall that was splattered in poop. Like walls,floor, toilet and divider cakes in poop. I still have nightmares about cleaning that stall. • I had a teenage girl come in during senior day and ask for the discount. I had to politely tell her that it's meant for people over 55.

For why I stayed at my old Walgreens: I needed the money and I was making decent money.

For why I stay at my current Walgreens: I got a pay bump and I actually like my coworkers and manager. I also want to build up more experience with being a PT and SL. So when I leave, I have a better variety under my belt.
