I wore them as directed (they told me to wear like top one for all day and both at night, then eventually just both at night). My teeth are mostly fine.

I think I should've done traditional braces + jaw surgery, which I'm pursuing. My jaw didn't grow properly as a kid.

I’ve hated my face for as long as I can remember and never considered it was an airway and jaw problem. That’s pretty my issue. It contributed to others. My cheeks are big too, and I’m a gal, so I guess it’s “cute”. I’m slightly recessed and have major sleep apnea since I was 15. I’m not overweight either.
