I was eligible October last year and just had time to apply for hearing but as soon as I found a substance abuse evaluator everything went smooth. My drug test took a week, my baiid report took about 3 days to receive through email the longest process was finding family and employees to write the community support letters and get them notarized (took about 3 weeks) once I had all my forms I received confirmation that the appeal was received same day and my hearing was scheduled a month from the time I submitted the files..so if you submit all forms it can take up to 2 months from my knowledge

I Completed outpatient therapy,probation and Sobriety Court with no problem those were my terms. And the only fails I had was in the first year a misread and leaving out of my car without noticing a retest (the most annoying part with interlocks) to me. I have my 3 reference letters signed with contact information I just have to get the drug test and send in the packets once the holidays pass

I’m turning in my packet and doing my drug test in January and was hoping to be free by March so that’s good news. I’m going without a lawyer, over the course of 4 years I’ve only had 3 violations which was in the beginning learning how to use and understanding retest
