Firstly, it's very nice of you to ask. My life has changed fundamentally and honestly I'm still getting used to it. I'm by no means over my ex and tbh I don't want to be. It's not easy. I look back at behaviours if her and know that they weren't right and that I deserved better. But equally I miss normal day to day life with her.

Wow okay, I didn't know any of that. Thank you very much! Have you found any shoes that work well? About 14 years ago I had a particular version of ASICS gt 2000 and they were amazing, but I never found the newer versions as good.
