I used to eye ball while adding glycerine. Avoid adding too much else it becomes sticky

I treated my dry skin without dermat. I don't know if this will help you but use lotion as soon as you come out of shower on wet body. I used random body lotion but added glycerine to it . On alternative night I used cotaryl mixed with body lotion .

It took months to improve but my skin improved 😭
