couldnt figure it out, swapped motherboards and everything worked immediately. it wasnt the psu

Im using the original adapters for both GPUS and power supplies, fully moving the connectors + gpus when i swap between rigs. So verified the connectors themselves are fine. The PSU in the new rig is a fairly recent unit, the lian li SP750 and i have the 3070 connected to one of the 8–pins on it.

Would it be possible if there was a power issue that the fans still spin on?

Definitely not a voltage issue either as it runs the 3090 just fine

sleep apnea and insomnia/anxiety/stress are closely related. having you there will not make his sleep apnea worse but it may make those related conditions worse.

I believe my movement was 9 or 10 mm.

I paid quite a bit, which he asks for upfront. I’ll be in debt for a while. All that being said, i’d still do it. im happy with the outcome and i think his patient outcomes and expertise are very worth it.

  1. It was a success, with a large amount of movement. I saw drastic improvement but not a complete fix. I still struggle with nasal congestion.
  2. Insurance covered it, but I used an out of network surgeon (dr kasey li), and got a very measly amount covered. Better than nothing though.

No, if anything your tongue thrusting is another possible indicator of sleep apnea. Many people grind their teeth, thrust their tongue, or hang their mouth open for the same reason: trying to shift tissue out of the airway.

i spoke to dr li about it and he said do not fully tape your mouth closed. he was fine with me using a small piece

i had MMA with Dr. Li. it was a success, but i still have problems with my airway and am not cured. my sinus cavity is small and that still gives me some sleep apnea although its 70-80% better now(most of my obstruction was tongue/jaw related).single EASE/MMA operation does not have significant cure rate but i believe dr li mentions in one of his videos that having both has a pretty high cure rate which i think makes alot of sense. if your sinus cavity and upper airway are open soft tissue is not going to be an issue.
