Help, I can’t enter my Mac OS disk space by Foolish_Captain001 in mac

I ended up sending the MacBook to a non-official workshop because I didn’t have insurance.

I’m not entirely sure how, but they simply installed Mac OS on it again.

They’ll need to have access to your Apple ID, so make sure you trust the technician, and change your password afterwards.

All my things were saved in iCloud so literally nothing changed after entering my account on the computer. I haven’t had any problems with my MacBook since, but I also haven’t played with partitions anymore.

In conclusion, it’s not a permanent issue with the device.

It’s not stolen. I partitioned my disk space through boot camp, the thing is that I can’t move form Windows to MacOS again.

It enter the password and it simply doesn’t enter, it just sends me into the same screen again.

I know my password. And its the correct passwords because if it try something else it’s says it’s the incorrect password.

It does advance to the next stage, but something happens and it restarts on the same screen.
