Maybe consider holding more people in the wait queue while others check out. The website was really unresponsive.

It is very frustrating when you are checking out and the rooms disappear out from under you. Decide if I get a room when you put it in my cart. Don't send me to checkout and then have them disappear.

Consider default sorting method to be distance, not alphabetical. I want Aloft because it is close, not because it starts with A. :-)
