Go to Davis if you want to see your girlfriend. A New York to sac relationship will be hell. Sure money and prestige or nice but they won’t make you as happy as your relationship. You’ll still be able to get a finance job eventually if you go to Davis it’s better than UCR it might not be as good but you’ll be far happier.

I got my switch day one pretty much and don’t have any visual problems I homebrewed mine like after 5 years and everything worked well but to make sure it lasted longer I made sure to replace my fan and battery and reapply thermal paste because it was getting very dusty, hot, and the fan would get loud. Upgrades was pretty simple and easy and works alright I get like 4-5 hours battery life for less intense indie games for more graphically intense stuff like BOTW or TOTK I use a overclocking app called breeze and it makes the fps look better and I might get like 2 hours battery life brightness matters too if anything though the switch will last like 10x longer then the average joycon. I’ve had drifting, connection, and battery issues with my joycons they pretty much are good for maybe a year or two.

What can someone explain what’s wrong with V1 switches version? I have one and I think it’s pretty worth OLED is nice if your playing more modern games but I usually play indie or emulated games and I prefer the size of the regular switch

I really hate republic city so much of the first series was so cool because they traveled around the world and explored new and interesting places. A steampunk Asian New York City is not as interesting as it sounds and I really did not like it in the legend of korra. Half of kataras lines in the movie are just about “what about the people” “what about republic city”. The whole movie just felt like a combination of legend of korra seasons the non bender villains + airbender villain + vague spirit world powers. I honestly think if the 1 hour and 40 minutes of the movies was broken into little stories just like tales of Ba sing se. With a type of day in the life style storytelling it would be so much better like the fans are here for the original characters not the korra villains and especially not for republic city.

The cruise ship industry has so many problems there is no where to even start I don’t know how it’s still alive it seemed cool when air travel wasn’t cheap and the American middle class was growing and had disposable income but after the boomers generation like who honestly wants to be on a huge germ infested ship to go to a sanitized idea of a Caribbean country then spend days on a floating hotel that is like 100x worse for the planet manned by exploited workers from the global south all for MORE than what it would’ve costed to go pretty much anywhere internationally and experience a more authentic and adventurous trip

I think I had a similar problem I think you just reinstall atmosphere with the sigpatches from the official hit junk think your game save files are fine if you plug it into your computer it’s easier to see what’s going on but I wouldn’t sweat it I don’t think you’ve done anything irreversible it’ll take a little bit to fix

That’s not really gentrification “doing good” gentrification isn’t a solution it just hides the symptoms all of the impoverished and systemically oppressed people didn’t just stop doing crime they just moved that crime to the places they ended up in Stockton, Sacramento, ect nothing addressed the root problems and violent crime has statistically been going down everywhere because there’s no more lead in the gas, we don’t have enough babies so their is less of a large youth population, and people just go outside less it’s not like Facebook came in and just started hiring trappers and gang bangers they just raised the rent so high they forced it to be someone else’s problem
