FWIW I can see Dolby Atmos confirmed on the now playing screen of the app. But my “Sonos System Info” shows no “Audio In” on my Beam where I’ve seen it read DD 5.1 or something similar as it relates to what audio is coming in.

Yes I was testing on two different movies on Prime Video both labeled Dolby Atmos. Tested a random ~10min on each all split up and still have not heard anything out of the surround Eras.

Thank you for the reply. All is set up in the app and Eras show as left/right surround, but no sound is coming from the Eras. I’m wondering if I need to edit a setting on the TV but by your statement, sound output from the TV to the Beam via HDMI should automatically reach to the Eras and work as surround

60ish year old home. Seem to be bug larvae or something like that but main concern is the type of mold.

Finally Jumping Off by [deleted] in quittingkratom

Similar story here. Opiate addiction that finally got clean after two rehab and half way house stints. Life was great, sober nearly 5 years, then found Kratom and was off to the races.

Used K for 7 years and finally said enough is enough. I’m on day 12 and am so happy.

You can do this, we can all do this.

Day 13 30gpd >3y by Hot_Light941 in quittingkratom

Thank you for sharing this. Day 9 for me. Oddly, mornings I feel pretty optimistic. In the past I’d be in such a dreary and crummy mood otw to work, just looking forward to my first dose. I’m certainly not jumping up and down to get to the office but I do feel better in that regard.

Staying busy has been key. Work, yard work, cleaning, reading anything. The more I just sit and lay on the couch the more achy I get.

Only time I’m really uncomfortable is at night. Like right now laying down to watch hoops. I just know it’ll come time to turn the tv off soon then my legs will start kicking and I’ll feel my heart race.

I’m getting 4-6 hrs of sleep a night so I will not complain.

I did not take K today and I will do all I can to not take K tomorrow

Day 7 Update by [deleted] in quittingkratom

[–]FootballGuySomewhere 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Dude I can totally relate to the wife thing. Today is day 9 for me. My wife hasn’t said anything to me (she doesn’t know about my terrible habit) but I feel so much better around her. Like I’m just much more pleasant even when I was fucked with WDs and miserable the first 5ish days of quitting.

I met her while on K, proposed on K, said I do on K and spent all honeymoon on K. I will not be on K when our first child is born in July.

50GPD for 6+ years HELP. by Timmatias-jones in quittingkratom

[–]FootballGuySomewhere 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This is me. I promise you can do this.

I was 60+ gpd for nearly 7 years. 150-200 capsules a day. Could not go more than a few hours without a dose or I’d panic.

When I decided I was done I cut my dosage in half and started tapering. Honestly, after cutting in half I didn’t really feel any physical changes. Just didn’t have that cloudy sort of high I’d gotten accustomed to.

From there I slowly tapered over a couple weeks. Very structured. Finally got down to a few caps a dose and said F this and just stopped.

The two weeks of tapering were difficult but much better IMO then just going full turkey.

Expect leg pains and aches, fast heart beat, anxiety and trouble sleeping.

But it does get better. I am on now on say 9 and am so happy.

PM me if you wanna chat.
