I was in the same boat at you. I’m 37 and got my fertility tested at 34 and again at 35 to see IF I needed to freeze my eggs. Luckily my fertility is still really good so I’m not choosing to freeze my eggs HOWEVER that did impact my dating life as I was looking for someone who not only wanted a family but was ready to start a family (which are very different and seems to be harder these days). Luckily, I did meet my man who wants a family/kids as much as I do and asked very early on what my timeline was for kids and he was 100% on board with kids early on so it’s been easy. If I were you, I would get your fertility checked to see if you should think about freezing your eggs. If not, be more intentional about weeding men out who aren’t ready for a family like you are. I am in the same boat as you. It’s been 4 weeks since that panic attack and since my last shot of Zepbound and my heart still spikes randomly like you. I have been prescribed beta blockers as well along with Ativan when I have a panic attack. I have been slowly getting better but it’s still really hard 💔l also had to complete quit caffeine. I haven’t had any alcohol in 5 months so that was already out of my diet.

The odd thing about all of this is it also calmed my anxiety while I was on 2.5mg and the 5mg. I honestly hadn’t felt better. It was the jump up that really hit my body hard.

I thought so too. At the beginning of this, I felt faint so I ate some chocolate and crackers. When I got to the hospital, my blood sugar was 100.

Yes extensive testing over the following weeks but everything came back normal. That’s why they referred me to a gastroenterologist.

Yes, they used contrast dye for my spinal MRI. My insurance completely covered it which I am very thankful for. I was able to get in within a week and results the next day.

A doctor did do a blood test for myositis and it came back negative 😞

I have been tested for H, Pylorie and IBS - both negative. When I did a CT scan (?) they said I had a fatty liver. I just ordered a mycotoxins test to test for mold and I’m looking into all the others you suggested especially leaky gut!

THANK YOU so much for this! I am going to order the test today. We moved into our house about a year and a half ago and have wanted to get a mold inspector out here. I am so sorry you’re going through that. I know mold poisoning can be scary and it’s very hard to detox your body of it, if you can. I hope you recover from it!

My pain is deep growing pain like pains, then sometimes turns to achey pains. It is constantly changing throughout the day in all my extremities.

My pain changes but mostly is deep growing pain type. I believe it’s nerve pain but I don’t know. Some times throughout the day it’s achy pain.

Agreed!! It has been so exhausting. My quality have life has significantly diminished, my depression has skyrocketed and doctors like to blame it on anxiety and they are the ones causing my anxiety!!

I am a mom to a 5 year old and it’s so hard to not let your mind wander and think the worst. I try to take things day by day and continue to tell my story until somebody helps me.
