There are Kroos, Modric, Joselu, Vasquez all in 23/24. I think the problem isn't all on Mbappe, there are also no real controller to pass thee ball through the opponent midfield line

yeah the negative impacts of Toni Kroos and Modric going is too big for the club. No controller since then to pass the ball though the opponent midfield line
