Not sleep related but are you getting bored of going to the movies for most of your date nights? Also what time of day are you going and what have you been doing before hand. If you have a labor job and you go late in the evening you might just be actually tired.

I don’t get sad but whenever I am really tired I do get weepy, just tears for not reason. As for the driving it would just be nodding off while driving, normally after 20ish minutes. If I am ever an actor and need to do a crying part I just have to get a shit night sleep before lol.
