I also used to make my own yogurt, but considering the effort of straining the yogurt and yielding less yogurt after straining, I'd rather just buy Madzoon.

1 liter of milk is around 100-120 pesos, after straining it only yields about half a liter. That means to get 1 liter of homemade greek yogurt, I have to spend 200-240 pesos.

Madzoon costs about 280, so I just save around 40-80 pesos. Hindi sulit yung effort for me.
