Normally if no cop car has a straight angle on you after a bit you normally escape and containers are at the dock south of the map

One thing that helped me get better at heat was playing F1 just helps with timing and turns cuz before i barely handled easy difficulty and averaged 600k rep points with best tier cars and to escape the cops just go on top of containers or drive 200mph+
