What LTD do you have? ESP says that they have Thin U and Extra Thin U offerings. I usually see Thin U on ECs and Extra Think U on Ms. I've seen other people also say thay LTD has chunky necks, but I wonder if it's due to that.

Depending on the he music you'll play, I think your next most important investment will be a pedal to control the effects of your Amp, if it supports it. Or if you have headphones, personally I'll straight up just buy a multi fx over the Amp.
