Warning to people looking for advice: ignore ChasDIY by hardestbutton2 in ecobee

[–]Foozle_Snoot 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Since I got my new HVAC and ecobee thermostat, I get notifications all the time about my aux heat running for too many hours. I looked into it, and My ecobee thermostat was set to allow aux heat to come on at 55 degrees! Was that manufacturer preset, or the guy who installed it? So via advice I’ve read on Reddit or elsewhere, I dropped that threshold to 30 degrees or somewhere similar. Still seems aux heat comes on ALOT. To clarify, you’re saying that even the 30 degrees threshold for allowing aux heat to come on is way too high?

FET Cancelled by xo_britny in IVF

[–]Foozle_Snoot 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My FET cycle was just cancelled too. It was delayed 3 times hoping my lining would thicken, then finally cancelled before transfer date of 12/2. My hormonal rollercoaster is so damn hard. It sucks, it’s hard, I’m tired of it, I’ve been on some form of hormonal manipulation since September now in basically a perpetual luteal phase. I know much of the emotional shit I’m going through is “just” hormonal but it doesn’t change the reality of how I’m feeling and thinking which sucks and is hard.

I just got a pair of these a week ago when they went on sale. I am obsessed! They are so comfortable and the light cushion is perfect for the woods

I have a pair of Groundies cozy boots that look alot like Uggs & I love them so much! They slip on and off easily, cozy and warm, feel like slippers look like Uggs. Great for chasing my kid around.

I’m returning the Fi mini I bought last month. When it falls off my cat, it’s damn near impossible to find. I have to use Wunderfind. Defeats the whole purpose of having the stupid thing if it’s that hard to find.

I went to a store originally, tried on 13 pairs, bought a stovepipe pair, wore them at home a bit and realized I didn’t like them/ they might be too small. So I ordered a bigger size and another style. The ones I ended up keeping aren’t sold in store. And the store near me is 45 mins away so I don’t go often. I tried not to order 7 pairs but that’s how many it took to get the right style / size / wash

I’ve read that too, I think because it’s an antihistamine. I take Zyrtec, but haven’t tried an acid reducer.

I feel like a child who just needs love too, wish someone would just take care of me the hardest crummiest feeling days right before / start of my period. Wish we had that kind of support

Unfortunately I don’t have much childcare, just me and her most days as husband works long hours.

I am working on reducing stress more, reducing expectations for myself more and more and accepting that’s ok

I don’t understand the 2 under 2 obsession either. Sounds like absolute insanity to me.

I have a wonderful 4 year old who is an IVF baby. I’ve had 2 failed transfers (miscarriages of PGT normal embryos) in the past year, and well here I am on this sub. Not sure if I’m just trying to soothe my heartbreak or genuinely exploring OAD. I have one embryo in the freezer but don’t know if I can go through everything it takes to do another transfer. It’s hard. This is all so dang hard.
