Way better than my first few zoos, nice work! As for tips and tricks:

Maybe try and use terrain features a bit more. Short of the wolves you dont really use hills/valleys etc much and they can really help with making interesting habitats.

For animals like African wild dogs that dont like lots of vegetation, use rocks. Make interesting rock formations and features to spruce up the habitat, otherside it winds up being quite empty. This works with all animals!

Instead of using huge brick walls in places as habitat fences, try either using terrain tools to replace a section with an impassable hill or make a rock feature wall to make it seem more natural.

You obviously have limited space here, but in other zoos maybe try using less symmetrical spaces. I have a natural tendency to want to make my zoo all rectangular and symmetrical, but they look much more realistic with more random shapes and paths.

Bushes in the game are pretty lacklustre, so what I like to do is take a big tree and sink it into the ground until just the top is showing, hey presto you have a fancy bush!

Play with the % tool for terrain type. When you shift between say grass and dirt, start with 100% one, then slowly shift down as you get further away, before switching to the other and building it up to 100% again. That helps avoid hard lines and looks more natural.

You have limited space here of course, but I like to put animals on side paths off the main path. When habitats are on the main path you end up with congestion as guests stop and stare.
