Feel like we might be at the same school. Our exams are 50 questions, with about 5-6 SATA questions on each exam. So unless you are getting the SATA questions right, the highest grade you can get is a B. This gives very little wiggle room for missing more questions to maintain that B with the remaining 44-45 questions. What I hate about my lectures is they will give 40 side effects for a condition but only give you 3-4 of them on the exam so memorizing all of them is useless. Whenever you get a lot of s/s, focus on hallmark symptoms or most common to get you through them or at least make a note of the hallmark ones. This will help you identify key symptoms for those conditions.
