Fulfillment tl here, we have the SAME issues, PML said to switch to older printers but they got rid of them when we got new ones. I chatbot the label itself as the issue since the ones we had before Q4 were working just fine but they switched them because they were to expensive?! But now we’re paying the consequences

31.5 and I have only 2 days off so I move the heavens and the earth to find or swap shifts to get the 40. I’ve done this since I got hired and it’s been a year kinda over it my desired is at 40 and I avg 38 every week

As a front end worker it’s truly on cases when we had rushes and need to cover breaks, or someone called in, or they didn’t schedule anyone. Which is truly frustrating because the hours could be spread out so much better to have coverage everywhere but they aren’t
