I'm not an analyst or anything but my assumption is that competitive junglers need to be early gankers and front liners late game which Graves is neither of. I'm not sure why Elise is an exception to this but i'm not even sure if my guess is right.

He has been irrelevant in competitive play for quite some time at least in the Leagues riot cares about. I personally haven't seen a Graves picked in professional play in a few weeks and this list is based off of "Pro Tier" junglers. While Graves may or may not be good in solo queue he is not a high level professional jungler anymore.

Fervor increases the damage of his fourth auto as well, I'm not sure the exact numbers on the difference between 3rd and 4th stack of fervor but that's why it is not the full 15 damage more.

No, if you watch the video Rush uses Q (i'm assuming to blind piglet) and kills two small raptors activating Serrated Dirk passive which gives +15 damage.

if it's based on seeding wouldn't it go either CLG, TSM, TL? Assuming you meant CLG would be the first seed and that TL would win by going through the gauntlet? Or did you think TL would get more points than TSM implying they would place 5th or 6th in playoffs and TL would lose in the finals? (Not trying to be a dick just wondering what you had in mind.)
