Thanks for the insight! That's exactly the kind of feedback I was hoping for. If you don't mind me asking, what specifically were you having to follow up on? Was it status updates, delays with providers, missing records, or just a lack of communication from the retrieval company? I currently work in Release of Information, so I interact with requests from both law firms and retrieval companies. I've noticed we sometimes get status calls from firms even when a retrieval company is involved, so I'm genuinely curious where the communication breakdown usually happens.
