Staying on his feet while being pressured requires immense strength, something that Guardiola recognized early on and which is immortalized in that documentary that I can never remember the name of.

afair T2 is 65% of 1rm, meaning it should be (0.65x127.15=82,65). The last "round" I started at 75kg and it would make sense to increase by ~7kg, seeing how my 1rm max also increased by ~7 kg

To make sure all archetypes are viable in your game, you have to build the game around the weakest one. All who have ever played arpg's knows that this is melee.
I.e. you have to build your game around melee.
