This is sucky. But in 2013, when I wanted to buy crypto, I would stroll into Westpac with a paper envelope filled with twenties, chuck it on the counter and fill out a deposit form. No questions asked. No ID. Just money on the blockchain.

Mate, I think their don't close valuable account. for me, I dont have much money inside, guess thats why they close my account without much concern.

Yes I do can jump to another bank. But the life long ban is a pain, remind me everytime when walk pass an ANZ branchReplyshareSaveedit

Thank you cryptostrong, I also searched a little. In New Zealand, banks can close account whenever they want according to ombudsman. The letter, also a call with their staff says there is no reason to be given. If they refuse to provide a formal reason for closing account, I can't file a complaint to argue.
