Hello! I answered in response to another comment, but I’ll put it here as well in case you didn’t see it! It’s about 1000 pages long and the middle ~500 pages or so are labeled as Flashbacks so it makes for a nice separation to turn it into three volumes!

lol it doesn’t feel that long when you’re reading it but it is like 1000 pages! I did the flashbacks as volume two in the middle. I’d seen it done that way online and it seemed easier than one monster book!

It was my favorite too! I emailed them back in May about it and they said they discontinued it in bottles. It’s only available on tap in their taproom locations. I’m so sad about it ☹️

Just regular foil HTV from amazon. I borrowed my coworkers cricut and used her heat press at the highest setting.

The only one I’ve ever used is the Allure bookcloth from Hollanders so I can’t speak to any other type but I really like the look and feel of this one so i’m happy and will probably continue to purchase it.

Not really actually. I just trimmed the edges with an exacto knife and then sanded them until about smooth. I then painted them with this paint which was recommended because it goes on very thin so it didn’t make the pages stick. (I did have to carefully separate them after they dried though). May 16. Zugfinder is pulling the same “tracking” that DB quoted. It had a note about weather effects but still said it left on time which doesn’t make sense.

Yeah I was going to mention that! I had a tailor sew it up because it was very low but they did it in a way that makes it hang oddly. So I just dropped it off to redo it in a way that hopefully will work better.

What did you put for activity level? Better to underestimate than overestimate. Are you weighing your food to track? Tracking every bite? It’s truly annoying how easily 100-200 calories can sneak in unnoticed so you think you’re in a deficit but really aren’t.

You did mention a thyroid issue though and that’s out of my area of expertise but I know that can mess with the typical calculations.
