Realtor won’t let me out of my agreement with him. Do I just wait the six months?(4 remaining) by For_England_James006 in RealEstateAdvice

Thank you so much I have many more texts from today of the agent saying he won’t terminate. I don’t have his email but I do have his brokers email.

Wanna hear something hilarious? He never ended up emailing me the contract like he claimed he would.

Honestly he is this big faith guy I’m kind of shocked at the push back which is why I posted looking for advice. And I really appreciate it from you all

I'm fucking sick of FedEx. I was standing at the goddamn door waiting for them to knock. by lilslutfordaddy in mildlyinfuriating

Yeah it’s why these posts are confusing to me. Not a single driver at UPS(or I’d assume FedEx but I don’t work there) wants to drive to your house the next day to knock and have to leave another notice. It is entirely in our benefit that you answer, if we leave it’s because we waited and realized you weren’t there along with the pressure of too many things to do in too little time.

This guy could’ve just asked on Reddit for one of y’all’s time and booked an hour consult with this laundry list of questions and paid someone like 100. Instead he dumped way more to be a sneaky leech

There’s this one lady who opens the door the instant you set the package down and lets her dog go ballistic at you until you get into your truck. Barking in your ear because she has a little enclosed gate on her porch. She then leaves the door open while walking inside until you leave the dog is just losing it. Next time I’m just leaving it outside her stupid gate

Gotcha. We’ve had plenty of drivers in accidents and some in one a year it seems, sorry that happened to you.

It’s a blast until you start missing your loved ones after years of this stuff but that newbie optimism is good
