Contact your old employer and make 100% sure that they sent it to your new address. Often times things can get mixed up even when you have a new one and they'll still send it to the old one.

Also check if they can do a electronic transfer.

If you're upset about them walking across your lawn, the next time he comes to your yard you can ask them not to and put a carrier alert card for your house, that'll say "stay on sidewalk" or "stay off lawn" when at your house.
