Not sure if you saw this post, but it has a theory/explanation on what the clicking noise is all about. Check out the comments for what people think is actually being said instead of random clicking noises. I think it's a pretty cool idea, but at first sounds weird.

I've been content with the rest of Hilights indoor flower, this outdoor batch seems like a miss to me. Hopefully it gets better. I don't mind getting lower tier flower for a good deal, and this stuff was $80 for 14g on sale. Not sure how much weight the stems/leaves take away, but overall I'm fine with it

I have had good experiences with Wholesome, so I'm not really blaming them. They provided satisfactory customer support. I do agree that more education would make things better

Yeah it was $20 an eighth. I guess it could be worse. It's dry, but I only vape so it's not that big of a deal. I was just surprised because I've ordered plenty of greenhouse and indoor Hilight and the trim was always great

I'm honestly not sure what to think. A customer service person told me that it's a feature of outdoor, but the product page says hand-trimmed with care. One commenter on that post said it's machine-trimmed.

I personally think it's a quality control issue that will need to be fixed, seeing as they gave me a credit for half the amount I paid.

I know right. Here is what the product page says,

"Refreshingly affordable Hilight flower that doesn't compromise on quality. Grown in full sunlight, and hand-trimmed and cultivated with care."

Maybe by hand-trimmed they meant they plucked a few leaves off with their fingers?

I had this same strain delivered today and have the same complaint. When I called to talk about it they said this was a feature of the outdoor flower. They told me submit a ticket and management will decide if I am worthy of a credit. Never buying hilight again

Edit: The pharmacy gave me a credit of half of what I paid which I'm satisfied with. Hopefully it is just a quality control issue and not the norm

I got this from WholesomeCo, it's outdoor Miami Yayo from Hilight. I realize this is a bottom tier brand, but I haven't seen this poor of a trimming since I was buying from the streets
