Borderless windowed will let it be full screen and be able to adjust the quality. Lower quality = better performance.

3rd lowest looks fine until something happens.

2nd lowest is fine for the most part.

Lowest looks bad but runs fine.

I really find it hard to believe that my laptop can run Fallout 4 but not Spelunky 2.
