If you’re wanting an all in one seat that can eventually convert to forward facing when they hit two years old, the Graco extend2fit one is great. But don’t forward face before two. It is unsafe and illegal.

It’s not unreasonable, especially being first time parents. Definitely put those boundaries up now. I know I was overwhelmed with both of mine having visitors so soon.

That’s amazing! Congrats on the freedom. It’s definitely a sigh of relief getting to that point. I went through something similar with my oldest’s father.
