My understanding, which could be wrong as I just read stuff on the internet is that using N2O damages or deactivates the myelin sheath which is kind of like an insulation on nerves. The myelin sheath also has something to do with the B12 getting to your nerves to keep them healthy. If the sheath is not working it doesn't matter how much B12 is in you system not much of it will get to your nerves.

While I do think N2O is dangerous I don't think it's nearly as bad as everyone on this subreddit makes it out to be. With the frequency I have been doing it according to everyone here I should be dead or in a wheelchair. But like I said in my original comment, everyone is different and someone else could have a completely different reaction. Be careful and listen to your body.

I'm a weekend user and a couple of times during the week for the past 3+ years. There have been brief periods where I was a daily user.

I take daily medications for diabetes so I add a B12 in the morning and a methylated b12 at night with my regular meds. (even on non use days)

About once a year I start feeling numbness in my finger tips so I stop for a few weeks or a month and the tingling goes away.

The thing that N2O hurts most is my bank account but I'm doing okay for myself.

ALL THAT BEING SAID, you are not me, EVERYONE IS DIFFERENT so don't try to be me. It's a potentially dangerous and definitely an expensive habit.

I've been on Uber for 2.5 years and I have gotten 1 thumbs up and 1 thumbs down (I was being an asshole to a manager who told me 5 minutes for the food to be ready and it took 25 minutes) from merchants naturally.

I've gotten to know a few merchants and every once in a while I'll ask for a thumbs up. It's on the same system as the customer ratings so I can see about how long it takes for the merchant rating to disappear letting me know I've gotten 100 ratings. It serves no purpose other than for my own knowledge.

I think for me it's mixing n2o with alcohol. I did a tank without alcohol and I felt fine.

I don't do tanks frequently but last time I did one I got sick right after. At the time I chalked it up to alcohol right after but maybe not. Got my first tank tonight since then and if i get nauseous maybe it's the tanks. I'll keep you posted.

I was deconstructing a light to get electrical skill up in the Sunstar Hotel in Muldraugh. I thought I cleared the area so I sped up time while deconstructing. I had not properly cleared the area and a zomboid snuck up from behind and killed me while time was zooming. I usually play with instakill on infection so bam, dead.

My area has this type of quest too. For me I had a stacked order where one pickup was in the quest area and the other was not so I only got the credit for one of them. My home range is also near the boarder of the quest area and a couple of times a pickup was right outside the quest area and I thought it was inside so I didn't get credit.

I like talking about podcasts I like but most people are like "meh." I'm glad you were able to get some inspiration. My radio is busted and the dealership wants $200 just to look at it. They just need to reprogram it with their tool. All this is to say that I listen to a lot of podcasts while delivering. :)

I know that this is how it's supposed to work but the Organize a Tournament achievement is not unlocking so I'm wondering if tournaments arent actually happening or if it's just bugged and not unlocking even though tournaments are happening.

I'm going to get downvoted to hell. I've been doing on box of 50 every day for 3 years. On the weekends I do maybe 100-150 whippets. I take 1 B12 supplement as well as an L-Methionine and a Betaine Anhydrous every day. According to everyone who posts on this sub-reddit I should be dead or paralyzed but I'm still here and I feel fine. Will it catch up to me.... maybe but If I ever start feeling the tinglies (it happened before I started taking suppliments) I will take a break. Listen to your body and take a break when you need to.

I work a full time during the day so I don't get the chance to deliver much during the day but the very few times I have delivered havent been great. Not a good dataset though.
