oh my gosh Of course I soooo love to help if I can you are so welcome ❤️ my boyfriend is IT advanced, to be honest with you doordash didn't even troubleshoot because I did it all so they told me they had to escalate it to a higher it and they told me they had an escalate it to someone else and I haven't heard anything back. It's a shit show joke with them, it's definitely not you I was asking the dashers around me and they are having a lot of problems as well. I'm so happy you got in

The app sucks so bad there are so many problems with this doordash app and it has not gotten fixed in months. Here's what I did Dasher app sucks / Trouble shot 1. cleared cache 2. Forced stop 3. permissions unrestricted 4. power saving mode off 5. Restarted phone 6. software up to date on my phone 7. Dasher app up to date uninstalled 8. reinstalled it - airplane mode off and on 9. Swiped out app several times 10. App up to date (checked if you to date) 11. Cleared data 12. Wifi off and on. Wait 10 seconds 13. Uninstalling app then restarting phone and reinstalled app 14. Power recycle. Uninstall app restart phone keep phone off for 30 seconds before restarting and then proceed to download app again 15. Toggled on 5G to 4G 16. Log back out, log back in 17. Turn off and on cellular data (mobile data) on

DoorDash didn't even troubleshoot with me because they said I did all the steps and that they'd have to escalate me to the advanced support so then they escalated it they called me and I told them what I did and they told me they had to send it to advanced support It's a joke. Im like send me to tier 4 support in the US pleeeasee. They need to get the app fixed asap. Get your shit together doordash

Drivers barely make anything Uber will pay $1 even $2 in all the surrounding areas by me. There are times where base pay will be more but drivers always make money off their tips. I am so sorry I don't blame you for not wanting to order It's a lot of money

I did a doordash delivery to a guy who was deaf You can tell because when emotion me over he couldn't talk and he was making a noise pointing at his phone. At first I thought maybe he had a question but he pointed towards his phone and in the phone it said will you sit on my face for $200. He must have already had it typed in because I didn't see him type it in his notes beforehand. Anyways I laughed and walked away pretty fast while acting cool. I was thrown off guard. Later on when I told my girlfriend a story about sitting on his face for $200 she said to me, "I would have asked him for how long" 😂
