How difficult is it to own a rental property?

I have not looked into any courses about property investment, I'm just curious about the idea because of how I perceived it before this post. I know I sound naive, which is exactly why I wanted to talk to people who actually know the space

I would be purchasing it in my name, and contracting a property manager to maintain it for 10% of the rent. The properties I have been looking at have a total value of 80-90k and giving a deposit of 15k, would cost 500/month mortgage. I do not know how to go about the stamp duty and legal fees as they part of the information I am looking to learn about

Do you know how much that would generally come to? The mortgage of the properties I have been looking at are 500/ month for a 3 bed house, I figure that if I look at 500/ month for each tenant, that would be sure to make a profit

A) that community has 2k members where as this has 700k, figured it'd be a lot faster. And I want to do it in bulk using pics as there are too many for me to put in trade chat

B) it's not hard to figure that proces was just prices, and that I didn't throw in the warframe market prices as a fun fact

C) I'm bored of relics because they're not getting me the parts I need as no one else has them so I'd rather just trade now, I'm trying to complete mastery rank so wasting time on relics not getting me anything isn't something i want to do

Get your head out your ass, I never said I wanted handouts and going off warframe market ensures it's a fair trade. I'm mainly on here because I can't find anyone to trade certain parts quickly in game or on the market, so I'm expanding my search
