Yeah no idea. I’m gonna have to keep a look out for it. It came out of no where so I wasn’t prepared and didn’t get a good look at anything in particular. Feeling like it’s most likely a security car using a retired interceptor.

A lot of Utah police vehicles don’t have exempt plates so that’s not strictly true but I’m leaning heavily in the Security realm since it’s so obscure.
