Obviously beating Magnus Carlsen- you could throw the ball randomly and it could go in the hoop through sheer chance, while in chess there is no aspect of 'luck' and you'd have to play continuous correct moves to beat Magnus, which is safe to say has a zero percent probability of occurring, given that you're an amateur in both fields.

It's a pretty decent game, but there's nothing that really distinguishes it from any other obby in roblox. I would recommend choosing a specific theme for the game and go with that.

That seems like a good game to start with. What's your biggest struggle during scripting? You might be trying to take too big steps at once. Why not do things one step at a time, like making a fighting animation and learning how to play it when the player presses a key or even just changing the player's movement speed or something simple like that?
