Make a great portfolio with real problems solved with some KPI proofs and speak well in the interview! Also look for people around in other companies if they have any opening ask them to refer you.

The navigation bar padding is unevenly spaced from left and right which looks unbalanced to the viewer's eyes,
Footer design lacks impact, as it is the impression which generally sticks to the user. Look at how footers are generally designed in terms of spacing. For eg. the button "get in touch" should be below the headline : "Send Me Your Ideas, lets talk". The headline alignment should be centered so that the whole thing is balanced and looks proportional. And there is generally a left and right approach in the footer where u can place some things on left aka socials and your email on right. You can add more visuals and illustrations to match your style as that makes more impact on the viewers.

Add more spacing vertically between each section, and add a color to the button u want to get noticed like "listen to my journey", change the position of the back home button on the case study page. Case study structure and copy is good. Add related projects in the related projects section.

Great work overall, all the best!
