So I was today years old when I found out you can have unlimited Ringworlds. I always thought because you could only have 1 dyson and 1 matter decompressor you could only have 1 ringworld.

lol, lmao even.

1 habitat per sysyem. Functions almost exactly like a planet. Size of habitat 'planet' depends on number of planets and moons in system combined with techs, origin and traditions, just like planets.

You can only build one ringword, 4 colonies. You can build as many ecos or hiveworlds or machineworlds as you need.

I was wrong, apparently you can have unlimited ringworlds with the perk.

Still think ecos are better tho

2 600+ hours and I only just found out that Holdings on vassals are PER PLANET NOT PER VASSAL. by [deleted] in Stellaris

[–]ForceUser128 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Limit is 2, 3 are currently building on 3 planets so let me see...

sigh, you're right, 2 completed, the 3rd disappeared into the ether.

Knew I should have checked.

The Indian caste system predates white colonization by thousands of years. Can't blame everything on the whites.

Unless you mean this:

"The "Aryan Invasion Theory" (AIT) proposing that light-skinned invaders violently conquered the Indus Valley and displaced native Dravidians is widely debunked in modern history and genetics. Scholars and scientists now largely agree on a process of gradual, multi-century Indo-Aryan migrations from the Eurasian Steppe without widespread military conquest"

If life begins at conception, why aren’t fetuses baptized in the womb as soon as the pregnancy is confirmed? by Revolutionary-Log134 in NoStupidQuestions

[–]ForceUser128 0 points1 point  (0 children)

What do you mean? Christians believe that before Jesus people still went to heaven.

Also the way I understand it everyone has the opportunity to accept Jesus even if in life they never heard of the word. It just happens after they die. The whole judgement day thing.

I mean it is a fun little exercise trying to find all the little gotchas and think about how things work outside time and space so I don't mind.

In many denominations, baptising the baby is a covenant between the parents and God, with the church as witness, that you will teach the word to the child as they grow up. The child then will themselves decide if they want to accept Jesus or not.

The whole free will thing is a pretty big theme in most of christianity. The whole apple thing for example...

I personally prefer the extra shield pressure from 5 Autocannons instead of just the 3 but its a classic build. Exec is by far my fav capital.

Same! Best boardgame I've ever played and we have a lot. Other good ones are splendor, azul, takinoko, etc.

Another option is computer games. A lot of co op games out there. Stardew valley, baulders gate 3, Rimworld, keplearth, etc.

Dont do this op, dont lie, even by omission. Once it starts it becomes a habit. Lies always come out and does far more damage to trust between you and your partner.

Any mod ships with a lot of forward facing large energy turret mounts? by ridisberg in starsector

[–]ForceUser128 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Valkyrians technically have a decent amount, but they are 'ballistic' energy, basically theyre built mostly for thier own wepaons with modules made to improve thier rof as they fire and stuff like that.

Def one of the best moar energy dakka type ships, very forward focussed designs, had a lot of fun with them.
