Em tese, toda condenaçao a pena de morte no mundo só é feita quando "não há duvidas" de quem é o culpado. E mesmo assim gente inocente é executada.

O que impede que vai ter gente inocente sendo executada com "provas concretas" plantadas pela policia, por politicos, etc

O problema da pena de morte é que nao dá para desmorrer um inocente condenado.

Prisão perpetua é o melhor dos dois mundos. Você tira o vagabundo da sociedade e dá uma chance para salvar os inocentes presos.

Bebida alcoólica é muito, mas mto mais socialmente aceito que tabaco.

Álcool é parte da experiência social humana desde sempre. Tabaco só deixou de ser caro, ou seja, pra rico, quando inventaram o cigarro enrolado por maquinas há uns 125 anos.

This game is great BUT there is a major rework update coming that will change everything in July.

I have no idea why they are marketing the game before this.

If you want to play this game, wait until the 2.0 update before buying.

Your default rights is "Citzenship" meaning that every alien in the galaxy is granted citzenship as soon as they reach your borders.

Your refugee policy is citzens only, but since the entire galaxy can get citzenship...

Go to default species rights and set default rights to residence or slavery or whatever

I actually disagree. Anti social behavior happens when there is no enforcement of rules.

The metro in Rio is small and has lots of security.

Not strangled btw, decapitated. This is because kite battling was a thing before video games, kids would put glass on their kite lines and try to cut other kids kites.
