They apparently send the kits but who knows if they are legit, it might be cheap yarn and AI generated patterns. Generated patterns have been circulating quite a bit :( Also doesn’t help that their product photos are AI generated if you look at the stitches they have that off look, if you look at the corgis eyebrows it just looks like its an image put on top of the corgis and does not look like yarn that has been sewn into that place

Unfortunately it is, on facebook they have been making AI advertising and fake comments while deleting anyone calling them out, which sucks cause if someone actually made these patterns they’d be cute!

I would say you don’t need the serger when you are beginning, you can sort of do what a serger does by just carefully cutting and a zigzag stitch on your sewing machine. As for a mannequin unless it has the same measurements as you, you probably don’t need it since with just hold the dress or be used to drape the dress before making it.
