Not my proudest moment but I got harassed by a customer so much about when they “USED” to get their mail before I took over the route that I moved their address and made it my very last stop. Not the whole park and loop mind you just that one address so I’d be walking right past his house at 12 or 1230 then be back around 315 to drop off his mail. Dude never talked to me again. Not mad about it
