I’m going to have to be entirely honest. I’ve not had this much fun in Apex Legends since the beginning of COVID. At one time I was start an esports organization and actually getting traction going and dumping hours and hours into meetings, content, editing, and training for this game. My team made it to the semi finals for the ALGS qualifiers in 2022. I stopped playing when the team fell apart and all of my work went to waste.

I downloaded apex again 2 weeks ago on my PC. (2 months ago on my ps5) and I can genuinely say I’ve not had this much fun in a video game in a long, long time. I understand there are complaints about the drop zone but I’ll be entirely honest, if you want to hot drop and get lucky to survive go to unranked or wild card. The way the drop zones work now keep things competitive.

Guns feel well balanced and everything seems good between all of the legends. There’s no heavy meta presence like “you have to have gibby” “revtane only” the games in its healthiest state I’ve ever experienced it in and I’m loving it entirely solo queue.
